Greet guests at meetings

Runs meeting according to written agenda

Maintains and distributes membership packets

Responsible for overseeing New Membership orientation

 

 

Cathy Donohoe – Vice President

Runs meeting if President cannot

Calls on members not attending meetings and encourages them to attend

Keeps time and signals members when 1 minute or 10 minute is done

 

 

Lori Punko – Secretary

Creates speaker schedule

Orders nametags for new members

Maintains membership applications

 

 

Anne Galbraith – Treasurer

Collects dues and keeps and maintains bank account

 

 

Debbie Mumm – Website/Brochure

Maintains website and updates quarterly or as needed

Updates brochure and works with printer

 

 

Cathy Donohoe (chair), Jean Spencer, Lisa Gentile – Membership Committee

Always has odd number who will meet and vote on approval of all new membership applications

Greets guests at meetings

 

 

Birgit Tyrell, Liz Kowalski, Anne Frederick, Nancy Strand – Event Planners

Coordinate all plans for group marketing efforts

Plan group get-together

 

 

Shelley Lazarus – Networking Tip Chair

Provides timely and useful networking tips to members at every meeting
