Who is Kim Bisk?

Kim’s cooking degree is from the Florida Culinary Institute. She has lived in Venezuela, Rome Italy, Margarita Island (Southern Antilles) and is currently in Gurnee, Illinois. Her husband Ellory has 30 years experience in the food service industry. They work on this venture together.
